Yes absolutely! Most of our products are made to order, therefore they can be personalised to meet your requirements. There is opportunity for adding personalisation on most product pages, but if you're after something extra special just get in touch before placing your order and we can discuss options.
Unfortunately none of our products are suitable for outdoor use. This is down to the materials that we use to make our designs, they would perish quite quickly outside. Therefore we recommend that you store our products in a warm/dry location to keep them looking their best.
We certainly do! There are some limitations to our capabilities, but we will always do our best to meet your requirements. Just send us an email and we can talk through your ideas and help bring them to life!
We accept returns for any faulty or damaged products. If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it to be faulty in any way, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible with a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item which has been personalised. It is your responsibility to ensure that all personalisation text is spelt correctly when placing an order.
At the moment we only post within the UK, this includes Northern Ireland and the British Isles.

We send all orders on 1st Class Royal Mail service. If you need your order faster than this, please contact us before you place an order as we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time otherwise.
